Now is the time to check your yard's drainage, crawlspace, and attic! Look for:
💧Pooling water around foundation
💧Wet boards in attic
💧Water or moisture in crawlspace or basements.

If you see anything, call a professional immediately to prevent further damage to your property. Remember, homeowners insurance protects against sudden water, like a burst pipe. It does not typically cover outside water entering the home, such as a roof leak.
