Insurance Corner is looking for a dependable and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and keeping things organized, this could be the right opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll assist existing clients with billing and policy questions, send ID cards and policy documents, support renewals and annual policy reviews, help with claims inquiries, and follow up on client requests. You’ll also help maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and timely communication.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, patient, professional, and willing to learn. Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred. Insurance experience is helpful, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.

Full Time
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
In Person
No Weekends

This full time, in person position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help our existing clients with everyday service needs, billing and policy questions, documents and ID cards, renewals, annual policy reviews, claims support, and client follow up.
