This was an outstanding program! I gained valuable insights into the dynamics of different generations working together in the same workplace and how to handle that as a leader. It was eye-opening to realize how each generation has distinct values, communication styles, and motivators. I hadn’t fully appreciated those differences before, but this course really brought them to light. I learned so much more beyond that as well, and I highly recommend this course to anyone!

I was officially voted onto the Board of Directors at Insurance Agents & Brokers last week! I am honored to be working alongside such a fantastic group of directors for this great organization. I'm especially excited to be paired with Kate Dawson, Insurance Broker as my mentor for my first year on the board. 🫶 Kate is AMAZING, and I've already learned so much from her. I can see a lifelong friendship ahead. 🥰

I'm looking forward to the Young Agents Conference and our next board meeting in October, but first up is a Government Relations Committee meeting this week, where we'll discuss the upcoming election and legislative updates. 🗳Stay tuned for more on the topics we will be covering.

Back from a few days on Kent Island with Insurance Agents & Brokers. Serving on the IA&B Board of Directors is a privilege for which I am deeply grateful. It’s an honor to sit amongst seasoned agents and collaborate during the meetings of the minds.

This meeting I was paired with incoming board member Ashley Stafford. She’s everything you could want in a mentee: authentic, driven, passionate & invested.

I return to Murrysville grateful for Taylor Gallagher and Marla Fleming, and the contributions they make at the agency. They are the reason I’m able to fulfill the obligation of this incredible opportunity.
