What an adventure it’s been.
We started this from zero... Zero Customers, Zero Revenue, and while we knew insurance, running an insurance agency was something we knew nothing about.
Six years of personal growth, late nights, early mornings, sacrifice, learning, setbacks, big wins—and a few tough lessons. But through it all, Catalyst has continued to grow, writing thousands of policies and helping hundreds of customers by doing what we set out to do from day one: Make an Impact in Our Community by Making Insurance Suck Less.
We’ve stayed committed to doing things the right way—with transparency, empathy, and giving a damn. And because of that, we’ve become the highest-rated and most-reviewed independent insurance agency in Johnson County.
We’re proud to have given back over $70,000 to causes that matter. But none of this would be possible without God, our incredible team—especially Rob and Karri—along with our carrier partners, industry friends and mentors, referral partners, and of course, our amazing customers. One of the most rewarding things we get to do at Catalyst Insurance Group is support the next generation, both on and off the field.

This season, I had the opportunity to not only sponsor but also coach a local little league team. While winning is the goal, It wasn’t all about wins or losses. It was about showing up, building confidence, and teaching life lessons that go well beyond baseball.

From day one, our mission has been to make a real impact in the community—through the work we do, the people we serve, and the causes we support. Insurance is just the vehicle; the goal has always been to uplift, educate, and invest in the lives around us.

Proud of these kids, grateful for the experience, and even more motivated to continue finding ways to give back.

With our ongoing commitment to making an impact on our community by helping to elevate the human condition, we wrapped up our own week of giving by helping support the Baxter YMCA.

The YMCA isn't just a song thats played at weddings. It is an amazing organization that impacts thousands of lives just here locally each and every year. Whether it be daycare, summer camps, swimming lessons, veterans programs, after school teen hang out, they are providing a safe and positive atmosphere.

You never know the impact one person can make in someones life and the YMCA is providing numerous opportunities for that impact to happen.
