Hi, I’m Jacalyn! I've been in the mortgage industry since 2007, bringing a background in sales and a true love for helping people find financial stability through homeownership. Born and raised in Littleton and now raising my own family in Lakewood, I’m deeply rooted in Colorado. My husband, a teacher at Colorado Academy, and I have two young kids who keep us on our toes. I’ve been volunteering since I was young, working with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, WHO Ladies (supporting women affected by domestic violence in securing housing), and Cocktails for a Cause, which raises funds for local nonprofits. Currently, I serve on the board of the Boys & Girls Club, where I’ve started offering homeownership, credit, and debt classes to the staff—and soon, I hope to extend this to parents in our community, sparking a ripple effect of financial empowerment. In my work, I focus on providing straightforward, reliable mortgage services, from purchase loans to refinancing options, all backed by a pre-approval and closing cost guarantee. I take a lot of pride in making the mortgage process clear and accessible, helping people understand the ins and outs of home buying, credit, and monthly payments—especially when myths like needing 20% down or having perfect credit hold people back. It’s incredibly rewarding to show clients the way to their financial goals, whether they’re buying their first home or consolidating debt for a brighter future. Oh, and I have a bit of fun with it, too! I’ve sung the National Anthem for Colorado’s major sports teams and even created mortgage parody songs to make learning about financing a little more entertaining.
