Hi, I'm Jac! From there I worked my way through processing, closing, and operations (including six years running a closing department) before moving into origination and eventually building my own team. That path means I know what happens behind the scenes on every file, and I use it to keep my clients' loans moving when things get complicated. I specialize in first-time homebuyers and self-employed borrowers, the folks who often get told "no" or "not yet" somewhere else. Myths like needing 20% down or perfect credit keep a lot of people on the sidelines, and I love showing them a clear path forward. I'm Colorado born and raised (Littleton!), a mom of two, and proud to work from our office on South Pearl Street, a neighborhood I love being part of. Community has always been close to my heart. I've volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, WHO Ladies (helping women affected by domestic violence secure housing), and Cocktails for a Cause. I serve on the board of the Boys & Girls Club, where I teach homeownership, credit, and debt classes to staff, with plans to bring them to parents too. And yes, I sing!
