Are you a Community Hero? Do you work in the education, medical, military (and honorably discharged veterans) or first responder (police, firefighter or EMT) fields? Then you are eligible for Firelight Mortgage's Community Hero grant. This is a $1,250 cash back at closing grant. It is given as a cash grant in your thank you package so it can be used for moving expenses, furniture purchases or anything you deem fit.

As always, it is a great honor to write for Colorado REALTOR Magazine. In this quarter's edition, I write about this great time of year, giving thanks and acknowledging our blessings as we approach autumn as a segway into a discussion regarding giving back to our industries and communities and how we may even benefit in our charity to others as a secondary benefit.
