To say Ryan Brigman went above and beyond for me is an understatement. I am a first-time home-buyer, so everything about the lending process was new to me. Ryan worked with me and my realtor every step of the way, staying in constant communication, and making sure I understood each part of the process. He took extra steps to make things easier on my end and he personally called the seller’s agent for each offer I put in to ensure they knew my offer was legitimate. He talked me through all my loan options until we found the best-fitting program for me and I never had to worry about any unexpected fees. He went out of his way to explain everything I needed to know, and made me feel so confident going into my closing day...which was a breeze thanks to all of the hard work he put in! Ryan is both incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with - I would highly recommend him!
