A lot of people think the only path to homeownership is grinding, saving forever, and doing it all on their own.
Then forever comes… and they still haven’t bought.
Not because they failed.
Because they were working off outdated information.

I’ve had so many buyers this year use real down payment assistance and grant programs to help bridge the gap and buy sooner than they expected.

That can look like help with down payment funds, closing costs, or reducing upfront cash needed depending on the program.

This doesn’t mean everyone qualifies.
It doesn’t mean free money.
It means strategy matters.
A lot of people aren’t behind.
They just haven’t seen their options yet.

The better question may not be:
“How long do I need to save?”

It may be:
