We want to introduce you to the newest member of our team and honestly the interview went about as perfectly as it could have.

Sam Holan joins us bringing serious people skills, a love for building relationships, and a passion for getting clients into homes. Born and raised in Austin but smart enough to get to Colorado with his family as quickly as possible, Sam has spent years working with everyone from mom-and-pop businesses to government entities. But he says he has never felt more at home than he does right now working alongside industry professionals here in Colorado.

The way Sam puts it is pretty simple. He meets the people and our team closes the loans. That is the kind of partnership that works.

When he is not out in the market building relationships with realtors, you can find him at Coors Field with his family, playing trivia at the local brewery, or planning his next adventure. Costa Rica is up next.
