So happy for my clients who received a great offer on their adorable house! Together we made a plan and tackled the perfect amount of prep work before hitting the market and as soon as she was on, she was off!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This home hit when the market was coming back up from a slight dip when covid immediately started and it was interesting for me personally to be okay with having no cute feature signs placed throughout the home, 0 listing booklets or brochures in the home, host 0 open houses, etc. The industry and my broker worked to eliminate anything that could remotely carry a germ. Now we are getting back to using these marketing tools again, thankfully.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It was quite a journey with this first time buyer, as house hunting during Covid proved to have its challenges. Perseverance paid off and I have a feeling this will be the first of many multi-family investments for this young entrepreneur. Thank you, , attorney, and for a job well done. I have no idea what happened to the Coldwell sign, 😉but seller’s agent, Eric Radziunas, made a good co-broke.
