In 1999, BCP moved towards a more formal partnership structure. Now, BCP is a partnership composed of majority owner Randall Pike and the following partners: Walter Molano, Juan Carlos Luque, Ricardo Houson, Steve Owens, David Smith, James Harper, Umberto Marmol, Andre Sieh, Samy Podlubny, Gilles DeCharsonville and Mauro Della Cioppa. Annually, BCP distributes newly-created shares to existing partners and additional members of the team are considered for partnership.
