The transition into retirement is what we're known for.

Why?

Because the strategic decisions we help clients make during during this season often shape everything that comes next.

Being a trusted guide through those important conversations...

Lifting the burden of making those decisions alone...

Watching the next chapter become just as fulfilling as the career or business that came before it...

That's what makes us jump out of bed in the morning!

"Greenwich, you inspire me. You remind me daily of what it means to be part of a community that looks out for one another, celebrates together and rises together, especially when things get hard.

This isn't just where I work. This is my home.

After almost 16 years in business, I can say with certainty that there is no place I would rather be."

Thank you to Batten Hudson Living for allowing me to share my thoughts on this incredible town. I mean every word!

"I just want someone to handle all of this for me."

We hear that often from people approaching retirement.

Our answer?

You're in the right place.

I woke up feeling so thankful this morning. There are moments as a leader that remind you just how fortunate you are to work with the people you do.

When I returned from vacation, Amanda and Abby handed me a thoughtfully prepared priority list. It included the clients and prospective clients they felt I should meet with before my maternity leave, along with key discussion points and updates on important projects.

It wasn’t just a to-do list. It was a reflection of ownership, teamwork, preparation, and genuine care—for our clients, our business, and for me.

Knowing that your team is thinking ahead, anticipating needs, and working together to keep everything moving forward is one of the greatest gifts any leader can receive. They didn’t wait to be asked. They took initiative, focused on what matters, and are positioning us for a smooth transition.

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about building a team that cares deeply, thinks proactively, and rolls up their sleeves right alongside of you. Thank you, Amanda and Abby. I love who both of you are at your core! Thank you for letting your beautiful, thoughtful, caring energy shine bright this past week. You are such a gift to so many, and I’m one of the lucky ones.

Last month we asked if you'd join us in the fight against Alzheimer's and dementia.

We were overwhelmed by the support our communities showed!

Throughout June, Paint the Towns Purple came to life across Greenwich, Schuylerville, Salem and Granville with purple decorations, business fundraisers, walks, runs, special events and your countless acts of generosity.

Thanks to all of you, we didn't just reach our goal- we blew it out of the water!

>>The official Paint the Towns Purple 2026 total is... $64,400!

As we gear up to celebrate an incredible Fourth of July weekend, everyone is buzzing about their plans. Fireworks. Swimming. Parades. Family gatherings.

But underneath all the excitement is something we talk about often with clients.

The good life.

We spend our days helping people prepare for the future, but some of life's most meaningful moments happen when we slow down enough to appreciate the present.

This weekend is a chance to soak up the precious gift of summer, spend time with the people who matter most, and reflect on how fortunate we are to live in a country filled with opportunity.

Whether your plans are big or small, our wish for you is simple: take a moment to pause and enjoy it.

This sure is the good life!

Nine years ago, we founded Paint the Towns Purple right here in Greenwich with a simple goal- to bring awareness, support, and community to those impacted by Alzheimer's and dementia.

Today it has grown beyond what we ever imagined- spreading to Schuylerville, Salem, and Granville- thanks to an incredible team of committed volunteers who care deeply about this cause.

June is one of the most meaningful times of our year. Watching our towns and local businesses turn purple in honor of those fighting this disease-and those caring for them- is something we never take for granted.

This mission is very close to our hearts- if you feel this in your heart, please join us!

Last week, I had the absolute thrill of attending the 'Best of Washington County' celebration as a nominee.

What an honor. Truly.

I love this place so much- the people, the businesses, the sense of community- and I feel that love right back every day in the work we do. Looking around the room, I was in awe of the many creative, ambitious business owners who filled the space.

To all the nominees, congratulations!

A special thank you to NYVT Media for bringing this event together, and to Lakota Farm for such a stunning venue and beautiful atmosphere.

You only retire once.
The decisions are big — and there’s no real “re do.”

For me, this season of life is nothing new.

Over the course of my career, I’ve guided hundreds of people through this exact transition — helping them shift from building their wealth to living off what they’ve built.

I’ve seen what works.
I’ve seen what creates stress.
And I understand which decisions make the biggest difference over time.

That experience matters.

Because planning at this stage isn’t just about investments. It’s about taxes, risks, protection, and making sure all of the moving pieces work together in a way that reflects your values and your goals.

This is the work that truly lights me up, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate these years.

The people we work with didn’t get here overnight.

They built something—a career, a business, a life—that has led to a high net worth.

And at this stage, the questions start to change.

> How will our assets support our lifestyle?

> What happens if one of us isn’t here—who will manage all of it moving forward?

> How do we protect what we’ve built and the people we love?

> How do we minimize taxes?

> How should we transfer wealth to the next generation?

Those questions are personal.

They’re complex.

And they don’t have standard answers.

That’s where we come in.

We get to know you—your life, your goals, your concerns—and guide you through everything underneath: taxes, risk, protection, and legacy. Because all of those moving pieces are connected.

We coordinate the right professionals on your behalf—attorneys, tax advisors, and other specialists—so nothing falls through the cracks.

At this stage, planning isn’t just about the numbers. It’s about navigating complexity with intention—and having an advisor who knows you, cares deeply about your unique situation, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to help ensure that what you’ve built is protected.
