He decided that he is tired of being a landlord and ready to move on from dealing with problem tenants. We are blessed with the opportunity to help Matt. After inheriting this property from his parents and managing it out of state as a rental for years he decided he was ready to sell. He gave us a call after receiving a postcard from us and he told us that he had some interest in the property but nothing ever worked out. Carson went to the property to see it in person and then after a phone call that day worked out a deal that will be a win for him and a win for us. Thank you for choosing to work with us!

Here’s a picture of a property we bought from a seller who owned many rentals and had come up with the plan to sell them off so he could travel more to his hometown in the Virgin Islands. He had received many postcards in the mail, calls, and texts about his properties over the years. He had not called any of the other investors, but decided to call us and after a great conversation and a visit to see his property we came up with a win-win solution!
