Great news for South Carolina homebuyers!

SC Housing has increased income limits for its Forgivable Down Payment Assistance program, making more buyers eligible than before.

Some of the biggest increases in the Upstate include:

✅ Greenville County: +$9,100
✅ Pickens County: +$9,100
✅ Spartanburg County: +$5,300
✅ Anderson County: +$5,300
✅ Oconee County: +$5,300

Lancaster County saw the largest increase statewide at +$20,200.
