5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Austin Dearinger at CrossCountry Mortgage by Jenice I - We were referred to Austin by our realtor. At first I thought "Cool. We've done this before, it'll be the typical pre-approval to close process. Tedious, lengthy... painful." We've worked with several lenders over the years, and anticipated the usual stress and anxiety. But our experience with Austin was incredible, and far exceeded our expectations. He made the process from beginning to end entirely seamless. Him and his team are very dedicated and communicative. He's incredibly responsive, made himself available any time we had any questions, needed mortgage estimates on specific properties, needed additional party requirement suggestions... or even just needed to talk our way through understanding something inside the process. He was willing to jump on a call at any given time even if to just listen to our concerns and help talk us through it. We were making an out state move and were worried about first having to sell our house then having to quickly find our new home without feeling the need to rush in to anything (or potentially not have a place to stay or end up with contingencies that could hurt our chances of both selling AND buying a new home), but Austin helped us find a solution that worked like a charm! And he helped carry us through the entire process. I can't recommend Austin and his team enough. In the event that we choose to finance another property in the future, we will undoubtedly choose to work with Austin again.
