What really sets Austin apart is his ability to communicate with buyers at their level of understanding. Whether someone is purchasing their first home and needs extra guidance or is an experienced buyer who prefers a quicker, more streamlined process, Austin knows exactly how to meet their needs. He is incredibly detail-oriented, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the lending process as smooth as possible.

One thing that has really impressed me is that he even makes an effort to attend closings when his schedule allows. In all my years of working with lenders, I’ve never experienced that level of personal service!

From start to finish, Austin goes above and beyond for his clients and the agents he works with. I have complete confidence referring my buyers to him because I know they’ll be in excellent hands. Truly top-notch service, every single time!

As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous to start this process, but Austin was extremely helpful every single step of the way. He answered every question I had very promptly and he was very knowledgeable. I just know this process could have been much more stressful for me, had it not been for Austin's help and guidance. He truly made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process, from beginning to closing. He's amazing at what he does and I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!

We've done this before, it'll be the typical pre-approval to close process. Tedious, lengthy... painful." We've worked with several lenders over the years, and anticipated the usual stress and anxiety. But our experience with Austin was incredible, and far exceeded our expectations. He made the process from beginning to end entirely seamless. Him and his team are very dedicated and communicative. He's incredibly responsive, made himself available any time we had any questions, needed mortgage estimates on specific properties, needed additional party requirement suggestions... or even just needed to talk our way through understanding something inside the process. He was willing to jump on a call at any given time even if to just listen to our concerns and help talk us through it. We were making an out state move and were worried about first having to sell our house then having to quickly find our new home without feeling the need to rush in to anything (or potentially not have a place to stay or end up with contingencies that could hurt our chances of both selling AND buying a new home), but Austin helped us find a solution that worked like a charm! And he helped carry us through the entire process. I can't recommend Austin and his team enough. In the event that we choose to finance another property in the future, we will undoubtedly choose to work with Austin again.

From the very beginning, Austin was patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and always willing to answer every question I had—no matter how big or small.
Buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming, but Austin truly helped guide me through every step. He kept me informed, explained things in a way I could understand, and always made me feel like I had someone in my corner. There were definitely moments when I was nervous or stressed, and he continued to reassure me and help keep everything moving forward.
What meant the most to me was that I never felt like I was just another loan or another client. Austin genuinely cared about helping me reach the finish line and become a homeowner. Getting those keys made every stressful moment worth it, and I am incredibly grateful for the role he played in making it happen.
If you are looking to buy a home and need a mortgage broker who is professional, responsive, hardworking, and truly cares about the people he works with, I highly recommend Austin.
