I woke up at 5:30am and drove to the mountains to see the sunrise.

It did not disappoint, and I got exactly what I was looking for and MORE…

As I was enjoying the view, I realized I was the only person on the mountain.

#1 it was 6:30 AM, but #2 like most views worth seeing, there was a long drive and hike to get to it.

It also reminded me that the road less traveled is HARD and there are less people around doing it, but the payoff is absolutely worth it!

For years I trained relentlessly to become a college athlete and that fire still burns inside me today to be the best husband, father and mortgage lender I could be.

Thankful for the View and Reminder that the hard work isn’t easy but it’s worth it!
