If you have ever called our office and been told "When you get here, ask for the good-looking guy" this is him and it's his birthday! He keeps telling us he's turning 45, but I'm skeptical. Nobody gets this wise in 45 years! From the day he walked in here in his suit almost 11 years ago, to the way he's become a fixture of all of our lives (and no longer in a suit), Charlie is unquestionably the best and Kyeatta, Erin, Siobahn and myself would be lost without him.
