Happy Monday Friends! It has a been a while since I have posted here on FaceBook, but I'm still at it over here, running this remote bookkeeping business!

Reconciling Bank Statements feels like doing a puzzle for me. It's great when it's easy and the edges are clear, but sometimes it takes some sleuthing and patience to figure out how it all works together. Seeing it all come together is quite satisfying!

I am currently in need of two or three more clients, so if you know of any small business who might be interested in having some help to keep on top of the regular routine of bookkeeping, please send them my way!

There was this one time when someone I worked for came back from a trip with a suitcase of these... In different foreign currencies...
For different trips. They had to be separated by date and trip and then I had to figure out the USD value for each. Whew! It was a process!

Sometimes business owners ignore sorting receipts all year until tax season. It all piles up until it is overwhelming.

That's where an annoyingly helpful bookkeeper comes in handy. They remind you to keep up with your receipts and financial information all through the year.

Do you know what's missing on this keyboard?

Numbers are important. And sometimes annoying for some people. When it comes to bookkeeping, I think of it as little puzzles to solve and actually enjoy it most of the time! If you would like some help with your small business and the challenge of bank reconciliations and reports, or you know someone who does, give me a shout!

Happy 2025 Everyone!
January is always a busy time of year for bookkeepers and I was there in the middle of it!

Please CELEBRATE with me this month! It was ONE YEAR AGO when I decided to become an entrepreneur! I am grateful to all my clients who are trusting me to support their businesses!

Bookkeeping is considered tedious and boring by most, but I actually enjoy it! Especially when I am helping others do what they were made to do.
