Get to know Husk Investments....

We are Sarah and Reed Jacobs, the owners of Husk Investments. Our family-owned land investment company is focused around our love for land and hope to make land ownership affordable for anyone and everyone.

We would love to talk to you about our backgrounds, how we became land investors, and why we think land is truly the smartest investment anyone can make, but in an effort to keep this short and sweet, we'll cover the basics. (We really do love talking about land though, so if you have any questions about what we do, contact us anytime.)

We are not real estate agents, we are investors in vacant undeveloped land and personally own every property on our website. Our goal is to make the real estate transaction process, both on the buying and selling side, as simple as possible and we will work with you every step of the way to ensure that everyone is satisfied.​

We work with people from all over the world and have sold property to seasoned investors, first time land buyers, retirees looking for a weekend getaway, RVers, and to those who want to have property to pass on for many generations to come!
