We will be implementing the following procedures effective immediately due to the declaration below:

1. All Clients will still be required to check in on a weekly basis via TELEPHONE. Payments will be accepted via telephone as well.

2. All IN-PERSON visits will be temporarily suspended until April 6, 2020.

3. Please contact us the business day prior to your Court setting to see if it has been rescheduled for the foreseeable future.

4. We will do our best to keep you all updated on any changes in Court settings and Jail Arraignments.

We will also be available at 903-450-1661 for information on Inmates and how we can help with making bail.

The Hunt County Commissioners Court has issued a disaster declaration for the county, which will go into effect at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

ATTENTION ALL CLIENTS:

Unless you are notified by the COURT, your ATTORNEY, or OUR OFFICE, you will need to appear at your SCHEDULED Court Settings.

Due to the potential docket changes to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are asking that each of you contact us here at the office the BUSINESS DAY PRIOR to your scheduled Court setting.

Also, if you are represented by an Attorney, please contact them and update us on changes they provide to you. For those of you who do not have an Attorney, we will do our best to provide you with updates on cases being heard in the Courts in the event your case is rescheduled.

Thank you all for your patience and help as the situation is ever changing.
