Our office is expanding! We are seeking a professional to join the team for the role of Customer Service Representative. Seeking an energetic individual interested in helping our business grow and maintain current book of business, providing remarkable customer service. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives on being able to handle various projects at once, then this is the opportunity for you.

Previous insurance experience, and Property & Casualty License a plus.

Responsibilities:
-Use a customer-focused, needs based approach and assist with proper insurance options
-Schedule appointments, service customers via phone, internet and in person
-Answer phone, data entry and marketing of products
-Daily deposits
-Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each and every day

Requirements:
-Sales or customer service experience
-Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
-Self-motivated
-Property and Casualty License (must have currently or for the right candidate within 2 weeks of employment)
-Life and Health License (must be able to obtain within 60 days of employment)
