Meet Robin 👋 Loan Processor at KTL Performance Mortgage since 2024.

Robin James is a mom of two boys (err...men?) who are now mostly out on their own, and she's learning what life looks like in this new chapter. She runs on coffee and Diet Coke, enjoys country music, and is definitely a cat person. ☕🥤🐱🎶

As a Loan Processor, Robin helps keep loans moving through the process and works closely with borrowers to get them from application to closing day.

Her favorite part of the job is helping people achieve homeownership, especially those who never thought buying a home would be possible. There's nothing quite like seeing a borrower make it to the closing table after overcoming challenges along the way.

Robin also loves the people she works with and enjoys being part of a team that supports both each other and our clients every day.

Many buyers assume a home inspection and an appraisal are the same thing, however, they serve very different purposes!

A home inspection evaluates the property's condition and can uncover issues with the roof, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and more.

An appraisal, on the other hand, determines the home's market value for the lender and whether or not the home meets the loan program's minimum property standards.

Both are important parts of the homebuying process, but only the inspection gives you a detailed look at the home's overall condition.
