Home selling tip! π‘
Today, let's talk curb appeal. Your home's curb appeal makes a big impact on a buyers' first impression of your home and helps to set the tone for the rest of the tour. π€©
Don't worry, you don't have to go all out on landscaping projects in the name of curb appeal. Instead, start with an outdoor version of decluttering. π³
If you have gardening tools, mismatched pots, dying OR overgrown plants, clean those up first. Keep your lawn and other landscaping maintained. This goes a LONG way when you're going for more curb appeal. π‘
When it comes to planting new flowers or trees in the name of curb appeal, remember that potential buyers may not have the same taste as you. Instead, keep things clean and maintained to help buyers visualize their own ideas. You can always pot flowers (in matching pots) to spruce things up, but you don't have to invest in a huge landscaping project! π
