So excited to see the new 8-10 Greenville Tarheel Allstars and make a donation for their trip to the State Championship. It brings back so many fond memories of when my two boys were on the Allstar team. Al, my husband, was a coach and had a great time meeting them.

Also attached is a newspaper clipping from when my son, Drew, made the front page of the sports section with a catch in the outfield. Of course this was before social media!

Drew made an impressive catch, preventing a home-run, and threw the ball to second place for a double-play. All while his older brother and friends taunted him from the fence 😂😂.
