As a 31 year military Veteran, I am ready to assist you in refinancing your existing home or purchasing your new home. I have been in Greenville since 1989, when I come to work for the old Fluor Daniel as a Project Controls Associate, after leaving active duty with with the U.S. Army. I have since worked as Cost Accountant and Quote Engineer with companies such as LEMFÖRDER (Duncan) and JPS Autoproducts.

I deployed as an Army Reservist to Bosnia-Herzgovina in 199-2000 and to Iraq in 2006-2007. I retired in 2010 as a Lieutenant Colonel and also served as a military contractor to Cadet Command at Furman University in the Department of Military Science and Leadership (ROTC) for 13 years. I met my lovely, beautiful superstar wife there, Dr. Sarah Worth and now have twins sons with her.

I have always been interested in Real Estate and grew up with a father who told me numerous times, if you can buy land, do it, God isn’t making anymore. I had all the credentials to be a REALTOR, but entered the financial aspect of mortgage lending.

I want to educate folks about the financial aspects of home buying. I have helped first time home buyers, investors, families wanting to move up and retirees wanting to downsize. I want to find and build relationships with people who may not need my services today, but will remember me when they do.
