Many of my contacts & Clients have asked me how they can best take advantage of the new increased equity in their home if they don’t want to sell AND even if they refinanced recently for a better rate.
I advise & I am doing this personally - ReFi again at still near-historically-low rates and invest or “make the cash work for you”. Even a mid 3% mortgage rate can allow you to get a return on this equity cash.
PLUS you don’t loose this equity when the market inevitably goes down.
