We needed another Thacker in the office!

Laney is home!

After spending several years working for the St. Louis Cardinals, she moved back to Greenville, got licensed, and is now officially part of the Thacker Insurance Service team as our Sales, Marketing and Community Coordinator.

And if you know Laney, none of that was ever going to happen quietly. 🤭

She has already jumped into Plaza Palooza, started mentoring students through Bond County CEO, and found plenty of ways to get involved in the community she grew up in.

That feels pretty natural to us.

Laney is Curt and Natalie’s oldest, Brock’s big sister, and now the newest member of the team. With Brock getting close to finishing his first full year here, both kids are officially part of the family business.

We love that!

Thacker has always been a family thing. Not just because of the people with Thacker in their name, but because of the people we get to know, take care of, run into around town, and see year after year.

Laney grew up around all of that.

Now she gets to be part of it in a whole new way.

We’re really glad to have her home where she has always belonged!

Thacker Insurance Service joined Double J Doggie Play N Stay - Greenville to host another Bond County Cruise-In at Apple Day in Greenville.

Registration fees were collected and allowed us to present a $1,500 donation to the Bond County VFW Auxiliary!

The funds will be used for Veterans’ grave marker plaques, helping honor and recognize those who served.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues to support its veterans!

Your home’s value on paper and the actual cost to rebuild it are not always the same thing.

Labor, materials, construction costs, and inflation can all change what it would take to rebuild after a major loss. That is why the type of replacement-cost coverage on your homeowners policy matters.

Standard replacement cost and guaranteed replacement cost are not the same thing, and the difference could become very important when you need the policy most.
