ZoomPay Setup Tutorial: How to Get Started (or Updated)

Follow these steps to ensure your ZoomPay app is fully updated and ready to go:

STEP 1: Remove the Old Version
• If you’ve downloaded ZoomPay before, delete the app from your phone.
• Before deleting, remove your banking info:
• Open the app
• Go to your Profile
• Select “Connected Accounts” and delete any linked cards or banks.

STEP 2: Download the Latest Version
• Go to the Google Play Store
• Search for ZoomPay
• Download the newest version of the app.

STEP 3: Log Back In
• Open ZoomPay
• Log in using your same username and password
• Once you’re in, tap “Refresh” to update your session.

STEP 4: Add a Payment Method
To load funds into your digital wallet:
• Go to your Profile
• Tap “Add Payment Method”
• Add a physical debit or credit card only (digital cards are not supported)

Some banks may not allow processing. If this happens, please let us know the bank name so we can assist.

STEP 5: Set Up for Withdrawals
To withdraw funds:
• Go to “Connected Accounts” in your profile
• Add a bank account (not a debit card — ZoomPay only supports withdrawals to bank accounts)
