“My earliest memories are centered around farming, agricultural services, and relationships with farmers,” FCI President Dooie Leach said.
That foundation has guided Dooie through both growth and unexpected challenges, including stepping into leadership following the loss of his father. Through it all, FCI has remained committed to helping growers solve problems, reduce risk and improve yields.
