A lot of buyers I talk to are waiting for the perfect market. I get it.
But there's a difference between waiting and preparing:
Waiting: "Maybe rates will drop."
Preparing: "What are my options?"

Waiting: "I need more cash."
Preparing: "Are there down payment assistance options?"

Waiting: "Price is too high."
Preparing: "What can I negotiate?"

Waiting: "I'll figure it out later."
Preparing: "I'll understand my options first."

You don't have to predict the market. You just have to know your options. That could mean exploring down payment assistance, understanding seller contributions or looking at different loan programs. Eligibility and availability vary.
