There are three things I've observed that make success more likely than any others.
1. Consistency.
Also known as "discipline". Having a strategy, a clear methodology and a sustainable practice. Then, STICK WITH IT! Dont be tossed around by every new idea or fad. Continue to do what has been proven to get the results you're looking for. In the immortal words of Rogue Two, "Stay on target!"
2. Commitment.
Another name for "sticktoitiveness". Dedicating yourself to a vision, principles and people. There will always be ups and downs, seasons of prosperity and struggle. Staying power means reminding yourself why you started the journey and remaining true to those reasons. This is THE KEY to unlocking your potential. Do yourself a favor and read two great poems that stand the test of time:

Take the road others won't take, and be convinced of who you are. Then commit to pursuing it and the people who will empower you.
3. Community.
Find your tribe! I believe community or companionship is the most powerful force in all of human motivation. This doesn't mean you have to change your personality in order to gain popularity. Contrary to what many believe, the power of community is not in quantity, it is in synergy. You can be alone in a crowd. The biggest purpose of this is safety. I would present that a second, but equally as important, factor is empowerment. It's not about having others around just for the sake of it. Finding the right people who will mutually benefit and be of value is crucial.
Not to wax too philosophical, but creating a culture of "iron sharpening iron" means everyone has their own interests AS WELL AS the interests of others in mind. In order for long term relationships to be established, all members of a group have to give and receive equally. No consumers. EVERYONE is a producer in one way shape or form.
The question when it comes to community is dependability. Who is gonna have your back when the chips are down? Who's gonna be with you in the foxhole when you're fighting your battle? Who are your ride or die homies? That trust is foundational to having the right crew in your life, career and family.
These three things on their own are great. Combining them makes us unstoppable!
