Meet your new agent 👋

If you’ve stopped by the office lately, there’s a good chance you’ve already seen me around — but I wanted to officially introduce myself!

I’m Jolenea Springmeyer, and I recently graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Insurance & Risk Management. I’m officially licensed in Property & Casualty, as well as Life insurance, and I’m excited to continue growing here at Springmeyer Family Insurance.

Most days, you can probably find me following Joe around the office as his sidekick while helping clients with questions, coverage reviews, quoting, and everything in between 😊

I’m passionate about helping people better understand their insurance and making the process feel a little more personal and a little less overwhelming. I’m a bit of an insurance nerd, so getting to do this every day is something I genuinely love.

This weekend, a few of us from the Springmeyer office had the chance to attend the 2026 Pekin Insurance Banquet. It was great catching up with other Pekin agents in our territory, always wonderful seeing our sales representative Tara, and we loved getting to spend time with other members of the Pekin team as well.
