5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Sarah Faude by Christina C - Sarah was a phenomenal person to work with and I would not be able to call myself a homeowner if it was not for the work she did with me. When I first spoke to her, I was doing so as an exploratory meetings to see what I would need to get done in the next year to be able to buy. During that conversation Sarah was attentive, understanding, and curious. She asked me questions about what I wanted from a house, how long I saw myself there, what concessions I was open to, and what range I was comfortable paying for a mortgage. She was honest about what my range could get me, and was upfront on the options that I had, explained how I could afford what I am looking for now based on certain programs, which she explained in detail, but did not make me feel pressured to pursue if I was not comfortable. When I decided to move forward, Sarah was on top of everything, making sure I was prepared for each step, and when paperwork time came, she was happy to answer all of my questions (I had a lot of them) and was willing to go into great detail during this time. By the time I had to take my New Homeowner training, I felt incredibly prepared because much of what was covered in that training I had already learned from Sarah and my agent Angeli. Sarah was a huge cheerleader in my process and I felt like I could trust her to take care of me and that she had my best interest at heart through the whole process. I have already recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so whenever I talk about my homebuying experience. If I ever have to buy a property again, I know Sarah would be my first choice in a loan officer.
