WE ARE GETTING A NEW ROOF!!!

Our office will be closed tomorrow, Friday May 8th, while the old roof is torn off and a brand new one put on.

WOO HOO THE LATER DAYS ARE BACK!!!

TIME CHANGE THIS WEEKEND, make sure when you go to bed Saturday night you SPRING FORWARD one hour!!!

Dont be THAT FAMILY that shows up for church at 11am on Sunday morning and it's really already Noon and everyone is leaving!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

AS FAR AS WE KNOW, ICE IS ON IT'S WAY!!!....here are a few things to keep in mind!!
- Stay off the roads. NOTHING gets traction on ice and you have zero control
- Charge all your devices AND backup battery packs for cell phones, tablets and laptops in case you lose power
- Drip your water at all times when it is below freezing

- IF YOU HAVE KIDS, make it fun and make it an adventure....build ALL the blanket forts, let them eat/drink junk, let them stay up late and sleep late, MAKE MEMORIES!!! It's the South, it might last a day or two but the fun you have with your kids and the memories you make will stick with them forever!!!

STAY SAFE, STAY WARM, and we are hoping to be back in the office to assist on Monday BUT I also want it to be safe for my team too, so stay tuned!!!

I appreciate my team so much and they work hard all year long so I enjoy being able to give them as much time as possible during the holidays to spend with their friends and families!!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE of the office hours and keep in mind:
- If you call after hours or on Christmas Day/New Years Day you will be routed to our 24/7 support team
- Other times when 24/7 is not available, leave us a message and we WILL follow up at the earliest possible time the next day we are in office
- Payments and claims can be made online, via the app or with a 24/7 customer service rep

I am so thankful for so many people and things in my life and there are too many to list out individually, but since this is my business page, let me make sure and THANK TWO very important groups of people....MY TEAM and OUR CUSTOMERS!!!

CUSTOMERS - We know you have lots of options out there, and we sincerely appreciate that you CHOOSE US!!!

MY TEAM - Crystal, Elissa, Chasity, Ryan, Mandy, Jackson, Shaw and Terri make up a FANTASTIC team that produces at some of the highest levels BUT ALSO genuinely care about our customers and wants to make sure we do everything possible to look out for and protect as many families as we possibly can. I am so thankful for this team!!!

WITH ALL OF THAT IN MIND, here's our office hours for next week:

I am just here to REMIND you that THIS SATURDAY NIGHT, Nov 1st, is the night to FALL BACK and move your clocks BACK 1 hour when you go to bed!!! As frustrating as time changes are to some, the GREAT NEWS is that you can sneak in an extra hour of sleep!!!!

ALSO DONT FORGET to check those smoke alarm batteries and IF you have family/neighbors who can't do it themselves, please check their batteries for them!! Trust me, as a survivor of a house fire, IT MATTERS!!!!

MEMORIAL DAY!!! A day simply to honor those who died in service/protection of this country!! Some of those who VOLUNTARILY gave it all, VOTED differently than I do, WORSHIPPED differently than I do, LOOKED different than I do, LOVED differently than I do, were RAISED differently than I was....and yet NONE OF THAT MATTERS and I am incredibly thankful for ALL of those men/women that over the 250ish years of this country have voluntarily put themselves in harm's way for ALL of us!!!

So enjoy your long weekend with friends and family, but also take a moment at some point and remember WHO and WHAT the real reason is for the holiday!!
