Five years ago, on July 1, 2021, I opened the doors to Kimberly Bell State Farm with a vision, a lot of determination, and more faith than certainty.
What I didn't know then was just how much this journey would challenge me, stretch me, and ultimately change me.
Over the last five years, I've experienced some incredible highs and some difficult lows. I've celebrated wins, learned from setbacks, hired great people, said goodbye to others, and discovered that business ownership is one of the most rewarding and humbling experiences a person can have.
As a wife, mom, daughter, friend, and business owner, balancing it all hasn't always been easy. There were moments of exhaustion, moments of doubt, and moments when I wondered if I was doing enough in any of those roles. But through it all, I've remained grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and build something meaningful.
Today, our office has earned 188 Google reviews with a 4.9-star rating. While I'm proud of that accomplishment, I'm even more proud of what it represents: thousands of conversations, relationships built, claims handled, dreams protected, and families served.
I'm grateful for every customer who trusted us with their insurance needs. You've allowed us to be part of some of life's most important moments and I am forever thankful.
I'm grateful for my team. Recruiting isn't easy. Finding the right people takes time, patience, and perseverance. But when you find individuals who share your values and genuinely care about helping others, it's worth every challenge. We truly are a family at Kimberly Bell State Farm.
Most importantly, I'm grateful to God, my family, my friends, my mentors, and every person who supported me along this journey.
Five years down. So much more ahead.
