Wayside State Bank was founded in 1911 in Wayside Wisconsin, and shortly after Greenleaf State Bank in 1913 in Greenleaf, Wisconsin. In December of 1970, newly appointed President, David W. Krutz merged the two Banks to form what is currently known as Greenleaf Wayside Bank. In 1979, a new building was constructed in Wayside replacing the outdated 68-year old structure. In February 1992, our main
office opened in Greenleaf. To better serve the community, our third office was opened in Wrightstown in February 2004. Community leaders David Krutz, Terry Lardinois, Mark Harrison, Tom Paroubek, Doug Hahn, Carla Buboltz, and Michael Krutz form our current Board of Directors and have supported the communities' ever changing financial needs for many years. Our current staff consists of twenty employees whose dedication, loyalty, and outstanding support play a significant role in the growth and development of GreenLeaf Bank. Community involvement and dedicated people working together bond our community for a strong successful future.
