COMING SOON!! We will have a 2 (possible 3) bedroom downstairs apartment for rent. Availability will depend on how quickly I am cleared to clean up the "interior design" created by a local "artist". As soon as I get the OK to all of the documentation and get clean up and finish some improvements it will be available for an immediate move in. Also, a 1 (possible 2) bedroom downstairs apartment, hopefully available mid to late October. And last but not least, we have a 2 bedroom house that we will be selling. Will be available November 1 but that will depend on how much cleanup and repairs that will be necessary. Great location with large backyard, unattached garage and another small out building which would be perfect for a "she shed" or "man cave" or shop. With a lot of "life altering" events having recently occurred, I am going to liquidate some if not all of my current properties, all located in Carrollton, IL.
