At the beginning I was assigned to Jeff Mattox and he was extremely helpful. Several weeks into the process he must have gotten a different job or something and his mother Cynthia became my contact. The transition was very smooth and she did an excellent job in helping me to continue moving forward and not lose sight of our goal. I want to personally thank her and Jeff and Tina Love for helping Lori and I to be anle to purchase this house and avoid everything that goes along with having to move a handicapped person out of a home that they have lived in for over 8 years that has a lot of emotional attachment to them.
