Yesterday the FHFA announced the Conforming Loan Limit (CLL) values for mortgages to be acquired by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2025. The 2025 CLL value for one-unit properties will be $806,500, and the new ceiling loan limit for one-unit properties will be $1,209,750.

MiMutual is pleased to be able to accept new Conventional loans at these higher limits, effective today!
