Our sole focus is our customer, not stockholders. Because we are a policyholder owned company, we can do things like this. On top of this good news, our customers are seeing aggressive rate decreases on auto insurance in 2026.

1) get multiple estimates (2-3) from contractors to make sure the cost is reasonable. Don’t accept verbal prices/agreements.
2) make sure contractors are local, reputable, licensed and insured
3) contractors and insurance carriers are prioritizing larger damage first losses first to help people get back into their homes safely. If you have minor damage, you might have to wait a bit
3) State Farm has claims hubs at the following locations:
Lowe’s on Nolensville Pike, Nashville
Lowe’s on Mallory Lane, Franklin
4) coverage applies for damage to your home and property. General power outages are not considered a covered loss
