We were grateful to have Bay Title & Abstract, Inc. join us at CENTURY 21 In Good Company for this month's Agent Learning Seminar.

Our team dove into everything agents should know about the title process in Wisconsin, from understanding title commitments and common title issues to how to best empower our clients against various types of fraud. We also discussed 2026 updates and changes that may impact our transactions and our clients.

The more we understand the process, the better we can communicate, anticipate potential issues, and guide our buyers and sellers with confidence. 🤝

Please welcome Daisy, our newest (and arguably most important) employee! Her official responsibilities include greeting clients, supervising the office, providing moral support, and making sure everyone takes plenty of breaks. 😂

We had the privilege of supporting our founder, Jack May's, high school alma mater at the Peshtigo Bulldog Booster Club Golf Outing. It was a fantastic day filled with golf, great company, and giving back to a community that means so much to us.
For 14 years, this incredible event has raised over $250,000 to help Peshtigo graduates pursue their post-high school education. We're proud to support a cause that invests in the future of local students.
A special thank you to Gary Grzesk, Head Men's Basketball Coach at St. Norbert College, for being the guest speaker. His stories about family and message about the importance and impact of small communities was both inspiring and meaningful.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this event another success. We're already looking forward to next year! 🏌️💙🐾
