Each Monday, our staff goes “Casual for a Cause” and donates $5 in exchange for rocking a more casual look at the office.

Together, we decide where our donation should go, and this past week we were able to present a donation check and furry friend goodie basket to our great buddy, Marcus and his sweet daughter, Calla from Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary, Inc.

This visit was extra special, because we were able to meet this adorable pup, Sonny, who made an instant connection with our own, Amy Luecke, and Sonny now has found his forever home❤️🏠🥰🐾

Happy holidays from all of us at Dominion Title! 🎄Here are our holiday hours:

▪ 12/18/24 - Closing at 4:00PM for an employee holiday party
▪ 12/24/24 - Closing at 12:00PM to allow our team to spend time with their loved ones on Christmas Eve.
▪ 12/25/24 - Closed for Christmas.
▪ 1/1/24 - Closed for New Years Day.

We will resume regular business hours on Thursday January 2nd, 2025. We wish you a joyous holiday season and look forward to serving you in the new year!

Just when you think signing papers sounds boring, gather this group together and it’s a PARTY!🎉 The laughter shook the halls of our office with this home buying experience! What a fun closing!🥳 Congratulations, everyone!

The team had another great win today and we are looking forward to celebrating with our buyers (especially looking forward to being test subjects for old fashioned's on the back patio)! This home is exactly what they were looking for, and we were able to pull together as a team to navigate a few twists and turns to get across the finish line.

Our lineup included rockstar listing agent, Jade Goodhue from Legendary Real Estate Services. Next up was our powerhouse lender, Amy Jo Tetzner at HOME$ Powered By Barrett Financial Group, LLC. We rounded out the transaction with one of the best closers in the business, Rochelle from Dominion Title & Exchange Services!
