As an extended business office for our healthcare clients, it’s essential that our Patient Account Representatives reflect the values and goals of the organizations we serve. PFC First’s Training & Development Specialist, Kristi Mix leverages CallMiner’s platform to evaluate client-specific data and ensure performance metrics are being met.

Kristi uses these insights to identify meaningful coaching opportunities, turning data into action to drive stronger outcomes for both our patients and our clients at PFC First.

Thank you, Kristi, for your leadership and continued commitment to elevating performance across our team.

Whitney Benavides, PFC USA's Training & Development Specialist, continues to champion the use of analytics and AI as a practical tool to strengthen compliance, coaching, and outcomes for both our team and the consumers we serve.

At PFC, we’ve partnered with CallMiner for more than a decade to support call performance monitoring and quality assurance. Whitney has led the initiative to integrate AI Assist, advanced classifiers, and translation capabilities directly into our call system — building a compliance-focused scorecard designed to ensure all Recovery Specialists are evaluated for compliance consistently and accurately, regardless of language.

Proud to see Whitney sharing this work at CallMiner's LISTEN Conference — a great example of people-first innovation driving real impact. Thank you for all you do, Whitney!
