We’re proud to congratulate PFC USA Owner & CEO Mike Shoop on his induction into the 2026 ACA International Hall of Fame.

Mike’s career spans more than four decades in the accounts receivable management industry, beginning when he joined PFC in 1980. Since then, his leadership has extended far beyond PFC, including serving as ACA International President, contributing to the ACA Board of Directors and numerous committees, and advocating for the industry at both the state and national levels.

Throughout his career, Mike has remained committed to advancing our profession, supporting meaningful legislative advocacy, and serving the communities and organizations around him.

This recognition is a fitting honor for more than 40 years of leadership, advocacy, and service. Congratulations, Mike, on this well-deserved induction!

Whitney Benavides, PFC USA's Training & Development Specialist, continues to champion the use of analytics and AI as a practical tool to strengthen compliance, coaching, and outcomes for both our team and the consumers we serve.

At PFC, we’ve partnered with CallMiner for more than a decade to support call performance monitoring and quality assurance. Whitney has led the initiative to integrate AI Assist, advanced classifiers, and translation capabilities directly into our call system — building a compliance-focused scorecard designed to ensure all Recovery Specialists are evaluated for compliance consistently and accurately, regardless of language.

Proud to see Whitney sharing this work at CallMiner's LISTEN Conference — a great example of people-first innovation driving real impact. Thank you for all you do, Whitney!

We’re proud to share that our CEO, Mike Shoop, was recently featured by ACA International in their Past President’s Corner series.

With more than four decades in the accounts receivable management industry, Mike reflects on his journey from joining Professional Finance Company in 1980 to serving as ACA International’s 2006/07 President. His leadership helped drive meaningful legislative progress at both the state and federal levels, including key amendments to the FDCPA, while reinforcing ACA’s role as a respected voice in Washington.

We’re grateful for Mike’s long-standing commitment to our industry and his dedication to serving both colleagues and communities with integrity.
