Thanks to funding made possible by Colorado's Public School Permanent Fund, eligible full-time school employees may qualify for down payment assistance of up to 25% of the loan amount.

✅ Minimum 620 credit score
✅ No tenure requirement
✅ Income limits apply
✅ Only $1,000 minimum borrower contribution
✅ Funds can be used for down payment, closing costs, prepaids, and principal reduction
✅ No mortgage insurance if the borrower opts for 20% or more assistance

This program is designed to help Colorado educators and school employees achieve homeownership with additional financial support.
