Additionally, this process has been ongoing for a long time as our family moved across country, and into two different places to live within a year. Despite the delay in purchase and uncertainty, James never wavered in his service, details and care. He provided regular updates on the market, conditions, and suggestions for rates, as well as viable outlooks for the future of the financial and home markets. These were provided without request and prompt, just to remain in touch and keep us appraised as we rented. When we were prepared to purchase a home, James and his team were efficient, courteous and timely with all steps, and provided quick feedback and corrections wherever we needed it. The team made this entire process very easy to accomplish and understand.
