• Amazing client service: ensure customer service needs are addressed in a timely fashion and effectively. Effective problem-solving skills to be able to navigate through a variety of systems.
• Work on accounts: collecting client information and making changes as directed in a timely matter.
• Update client information: keep accurate, up-to-date records on clients in our agency management system.
• Plus (the fine print): you’ll follow organization policies and procedures, service standards and established workflows. You’ll ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance. You’ll maintain confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team. Our clients are very important to us and this position is a big part of maintaining client relationships. Positive attitude is required.
Insurance experience and/or customer service experience is preferred but not required, willing to train the right person. Pay is $13-18 DOE
