Seymour Bookkeeping exists to serve non-profit organizations and for-profit businesses. We specialize in fund accounting software as well as QuickBooks. Our services are rendered remotely and in-person depending on the package.

We are very passionate about helping churches to come into compliance with the IRS rules.

The FASB guidelines topic 958 says that Quickbooks does not work for churches to do the correct kind of accounting. Churches need to be doing “fund accounting” and not many churches have the know how and staff to get them into compliance and that is where we come in. We are certified in church/fund accounting and look forward to serving churches to get them into compliance with FASB guideline topic 958 and to maintain their bookkeeping to allow them to continue to reach the communities God has called them to reach.
