With the weather becoming more agreeable, block parties & outdoor events starting up, and days on the river now becoming reality, it's time to shake off winter and get back into the groove on Brew Avenue, 's social district!
Social districts allow folks to purchase alcoholic beverages from licensed establishments and leave the establishment for consumption within a "commons". Downtown Grayling's commons space is outlined in the red dashes on the map.
You can participate in by purchasing alcoholic beverages at any of the following establishments:
Michigan Brew Grayling
Paddle Hard Brewing
Paddle Hard Yard -New this year!
Ray's - BBQ, Brews & Blues
Rolling Oak Brewing Company
Spike's Keg 'O' Nails
Social districting does require some personal responsibility! Please follow the rules so our community can continue to have nice things 🙂
🍺 Drink Responsibly.
🍻 Behave Respectfully – refrain from loud, aggressive, and disruptive behavior.
🥂 Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on “Brew Ave” between the hours of 10 AM and 11 PM, unless otherwise posted.
🍷 Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from businesses with proper, permitted liquor licensing, located within the social district.
🥃 Alcoholic beverages purchased outside “Brew Ave” are NOT permitted.
🍸Alcoholic beverages will be sold in branded plastic cups or with proper container markings.
🍹 Alcoholic beverage cups are NOT reusable.
🧉 Alcoholic beverages purchased at one licensee may not be carried into another licensee’s business.
🍾 Respect other business's wishes – do not enter another merchant's business with an alcoholic beverage unless otherwise posted.
🍺 Properly dispose of beverage containers in trash receptacles.
🍻 Respect the boundaries of “Brew Ave” by adhering to posted district signage maps.
🧉 Leaving the social district with an alcoholic beverage violates state and local law.
