We remember and honor those who served and gave everything for our freedom. ❤️💙

Carr & Co. Insurance Partners is growing 🤍✨

Our community has shown us an incredible amount of support over the last few months, and because of that growth, we are officially looking to add another team member to the Carr & Co. family.

📍 Position: Client Acquisition Specialist

This role will begin with in-office training, but will transition into a flexible, performance-based position with the opportunity to work remotely and create your own reasonable schedule.

We are looking for someone who is:
• Self-motivated
• Driven & dependable
• Positive with a “can-do” attitude
• Able to work well with others
• Comfortable building relationships & communicating with clients

An insurance license is preferred, but not required.

💼 Compensation starts around $25,000+ annually with uncapped earning potential. There is truly no ceiling on what you can achieve within our agency for the right individual. This position will be part-time with the ability to move into a full-time position based on performance.
