The best ideas happen when great people come together.

Last week, leaders from across Novatae gathered for our Growth Workshop to think bigger, challenge each other, and plan for the future. The conversations were thoughtful, the collaboration was genuine, and the passion for what we're building was evident in every discussion.

Together, we explored opportunities for growth, shared diverse perspectives, and pushed one another to think differently. We left with stronger alignment, fresh ideas, and a renewed sense of excitement for what's possible in 2027.
