Android users, this one's for you.

We recently updated our mobile app to meet new Google requirements — and after it went live, we found an issue that's keeping the app from loading for some Android users.

Here's the fix:
1️⃣ Delete the GMFCU app currently on your phone
2️⃣ Reinstall it from the Google Play Store 👉 https://loom.ly/lq47p58
3️⃣ Open it up and log in as usual

The important part: just updating the app won't fix it. You've got to delete it first, then reinstall.

Already tried that and still having trouble? Give us a call at 518-642-8100 during business hours and we'll get you sorted.
